Francium, the fourth chem based oc created :D Tbh, the inspiration for her was to create a potential love interest for Cesum LOL but it feels more of a one sided thing now oof... anyway! While looking up facts about Fracium, I found out the person who discovered it (or at least was credited for it) was a woman, and this made me make my Francium a girl in the end (since I thought i may make another guy as usual, but I was acctually iffy about it). Also I just wanted to create an oc off a radoactive element ^^;
Appearance
Her hair is short and very wavy and is a orange color. Her bangs are straight.
Her eyes have small pupils and their colors are light blue with silver gray on the circumference and dark blue middle.
She wears clothes that have similar styles like in the 1940's (Francium was discovered in 1939) . Shes always wearing dresses or skirts up to just under her knees. Dress can have any color or pattern but they are mostly plain (just going off some sources I briefly looked through, cloth to make clothing was rationed in Europe during that time [WWII] so the dresses came up to this length, which was shorter than how it was before. Also in France during same time the clothes seemed to have a slight militaristic look to them.)
- Knee length gray dress with a white collar and slightly puffed sleeves, with white cuffs
- The buttons on her dresses follow a very specific pattern consisting of seven buttons in three groups; the first two has two buttons each while the third has three buttons, going down in the middle of her chest (related to the element molecular weight which is 223 amu for the most abundant isotope).
- Black or brown wedge shoes with either short socks or sheer skin tone stockings (or neither)
Personality
She does have good manners and can be very likable since she is super curious and has a wide imagination. She does need supervision though since she tends to have mood swings and not everyone is prepared or ready to take care of her once she's in a certain mood. She's usually within her father's presence since he knows how to deal with her best.

History
Francium is a young lady who tends to be very spontaneous. She has a attention span of 22 minutes (half life decay time) so while it isn't too short nor long enough to be normal (?), it still tends to affect her and others around her too. She speaks French (for which the element was named after the country, which is the origin of her discoverer M. Perey) and English very well.
She has a strange infatuation with Cesium; it was love at first sight for her one day when her father shows her a picture of him, and ever since then she would dream of the day she gets to finally meet him. However in a way the two are supposed to be related somehow, possibly distant cousins (Cesium and Francium are both in Group 1 on the periodic table, at the very bottom left corner). Either she doesnt know this, or just chooses to ignore it, because she's never going to give up on her crush on him.
