Though his face may remain blank, Blitz has developed himself quite an emotional life on the inside over time. Things are still rather new to him and is still learning to restrain and not to lose himself in them.

Brutal honesty

Blitz doesn't sugarcoat any of his thoughts or opinions, regardless of how they might affect others. Besides being blunt and always speaking his mind Blitz is unable to lie due to his programming.

One-track mind

Blitz detests and insists on getting rid of anyone and anything interfering with him achieving his goals. Even in conversation is he direct and straight to the point. His lack of understanding and one track mind allows for little to no compromise.

Unsophisticated

Not having had any experiences with regular people and common situations before escaping into the outside world, Blitz is ignorant of the law. If he'd need anything from a store, he'd walk back out without the thought of still having to pay.

Distrust

Anyone who Blitz doesn't know is immediately considered suspicious or a threat. It takes some good convincing to have him let his guard down around people he very isn't familiar with, let alone fully trust them.

Jealousy

Wishing to be organic himself, Blitz considers himself inferior to Mobians. He considers it very important that those who do have a body of flesh and blood take care of it well and people getting hurt purely by being reckless or hurting themselves on purpose upsets him.

Voice

Though Blitz' voice doesn't sound robotic, it's rather bland with no obvious emotion behind it. Whenever he speaks he's blunt and straight to the point with no ifs or buts, which can come across as intimidating or even threatening. He cannot yell, scream or whisper the same way people do as he can only raise or lower his volume output instead. Blitz doesn't use contractions when talking and tends to use more technical or difficult terms. With his lack of expression both audibly and visibly he's very difficult for others to read.

"I know I am nothing but a program running a simulation to you. But my thoughts, my feelings-- they are REAL to ME!"

Performing actions that require his powers have a cost, and drain his core energy which gets recharged over time or by using Ring Energy as fuel. Using too much of his energy reserves weakens his defenses, slows him down and in the worst case scenario, fully shuts him down. His abilities must be used with caution.

Pulse Repel [ Movement ]

Blitz can create magnetic pulses behind him which he pushes himself off from. The energy released by the reaction causes him to be propelled forward at high speeds.

Pulse Hop [ Movement ]

He can create short magnetic pulse bursts beneath either foot independently to extend his jump or dodge multiple times. Blitz can use this to gain height and to navigate himself and others over obstacles or to dodge incoming attacks, leaving a fading trail behind. (Think S3&K Lightning Shield and Splatoon Tetra Dualies)

Ferro Attraction [ Movement ]

Bending magnetic fields to his will, Blitz uses the ferromagnetism of his mechanical body to defy gravity and walk or stick to any kind of magnetic and / or metallic surface. This includes both walls and ceilings.

Pulse Drain / Pulse Release [ Attack / Status / Field ]

Blitz can draw power from devices and objects and use it as a weapon by shooting it at enemies or to both charge, overload / short-circuit other objects and machinery through touch.

He can alternatively release non-lethal amounts onto someone's body, rendering the limb touched or the entire body temporarily paralyzed depending on the dosage. Blitz can also release the energy on metallic surfaces such as grates or fences, making them unable to be touched or stood on unless those who interact with it wear protective or non-conductive gear.

All collected energy can also be released into the air at once, resulting in lots of lightning bolts and flashes spread throughout the surrounding area.

Fused Artificial Core [ Gear ]

An artificial core with a genuine but weakened one as it's foundation. The authentic component stimulates the growth and development of it's fake counterpart, while the imitation keeps the genuine one stable.

Bolt Antenna [ Upgrade ]

Allows Blitz to intercept and receive radio signals and electronic waves from further distances. Useful for communication as well as for tracking down mechanical enemies and electronic devices.

Aside from basic movements such as blinking and moving around his mouth to talk, Blitz cannot perform any kind of facial expression as he lacks the parts to do so. Though not sounding robotic or mechanical, his voice is bland and completely devoid of emotion and character.

Despite the fact that he can't outwardly express himself through facial motions or tone, he eventually develops feelings and a very small bit of understanding of them internally. Though everyone just keeps seeing him as an unreadable guy, everything is fully expressed and voiced with emotion from his own perspective.

When using magnetism abilities, all of his synthetic fur becomes statically charged.

Blitz being a stoat is a pronunciation wordplay on the Dutch word 'stroomstoot', in English known as 'power surge'. Another little tidbit is that his head also has a bit of tulip based shape.

Blitz' concept is based around the idea of self discovery and always having the ability to make your own decisions, even if it seems like there is no choice to be made or as if others have already made them for you.

His story is inspired by Pinocchio with his desire to become 'real' as well as that one of the character's traits has something to do with lying, which Blitz is unable to. He is always factual.

No facial expressions outwardly visible, Blitz is only really expressive when from an internal POV. Emotion can be slightly hinted at through subtly playing with his irises and pupils.
