Onyx Artist

Onyx Artist is a cheerful stallion who works as a gem cutter. He has a gift for being able to find gems who will look the most brilliant after being cut and jewelers will pay handsomely for his work. He has a secret crush and tries not to be too obvious about it, but despite his success as a jewel cutter he doesn't have a lot of self confidence and doesn't really see how someone would be interested in him romantically so he doesn't act on his feelings.
