I can't take money offers but I'll gladly hear any art or other adopt/design offers!
Optional Concepts:
(- lives in the deep sea
- can hold his breath for nearly a week, has to come up and take a breath then -> species only comes out of the water for that at night
- can bring his eyes, horns, his tail tip and the bottom of his wings to glow -> for communication between their species
- they can roar if they are out of water, but they don't have another form of communication besides their glow
- glow also sometimes used to lure their prey towards them)
