Zhang Tao (Cantonese Birth Name) otherwise known as Elliot (Australian Nickname) is a 19 year old Chinese-Australian human set in the year 2025.
He is a fan character to a WIP story written by Meroaw. He, like many people after "the change", has the ability to turn into a dragon at will and feel others emotions.
After being introduced and trained by Chris the year he discovered his ability to transform (age 17), Elliot defected from the Draconic Alliance to find his own way in life. Neither of his parents (who migrated from Hong Kong before the change) know of their dragon lineage, and when Elliot learned of his abilities, he decided he could fend for himself and build a new life within the city. For a full year he tried to make a living for himself,
existing off his grandfathers inheritance until eventually being found and recruited by Roxanne (after his reckless transformations and actions got him in too much heat.)
Now in the year 2025, he works as a guard dog and general mercenary for Roxanne and her plight, slowly becoming more proud and in love with his powers.


PERSONALITY
Elliot seems like a typical teen or young adult strutting around nightlife and commanding looks with his presence.
He's hard to approach and has a bit of a resting bitch face, not really giving time to anyone other than his closest friends or colleagues.
Having cut off his family soon after his first transformation, he's honestly a bit lonely (albeit unwilling to admit it) which can result him some reclusive, impulsive decisions (especially in the love making world.)
He's not all doom and gloom though, and when there isnt work to be done he can be fun to hang out with in short periods. However his ego is strong, believing himself to be incredibly strong and skilled as a dragon
despite how new he is to that form in comparison to other dragons. He is extremely competitive and would absolutely be a sore loser in competitive video games.
He and another dragon, Hayden, have had on and off flings throughout the last two years. Elliot enjoys speaking down to Hayden and making him feel submissive or threatened, as this just makes Elliot feel even more powerful and impressive.
