Personality
No one is quite sure where Winter is from, but sources agree that she is very, very old and nothing good ever comes from approaching her since it is rumored she has a nasty temperament, places curses for no reason at all, and feeds off of the youth of others. Which is nothing but rude and baseless accusations if you ask her about it! Sure, she is centuries old at this point and m a y b e she was a little curse happy in her youth, but they were all disgusting and unworthy of her attention and therefore deserved it. Besides, she has turned over a new leaf since then and is strictly into Good & Benevolent Enchantments because she herself is Good & Benevolent and if you have a problem with that, then teaching you some manners is simply the... just thing to do. You certainly can't fault her for trying to better others, after all. Now if only she could also break that terrible malicious streak, she might actually manage an enchantment that doesn't have a terrible monkey paw effect attached or perhaps realize that stealing youth from the ~unjustly vain~ is not actually anywhere in the good alignment chart.
Personality-wise, Winter has a constant somber and regal air about her, which makes her seem like she is sad and serious 120% of the time but she really... isn't... Mysterious waifing aside, she is very passionate with a wicked self-righteous, spiteful streak that does a fantastic job of hindering her attempts at being a genuinely nice person. Since she's also super old and has been in the curses/enchantments business for a while, she tends to forget everyone she 'helps' rather quickly, as well.

- Her great niece also estimates that Winter is 500-700 years old but Winter never confirms or denies anything

[ Great Niece ] A descendent of her younger sister who was sent to live with her so that she could learn something from Winter's Great & Terrifying Wondrous Might. Winter kinda forgot she had living family tbh so that was out of nowhere, but sounded like an amusing diversion so she accepted out of the kindness of her heart. :) Anyway, do her laundary for her, dear, sweet niece, and don't forget to prepare dinner afterwards.
Wednesday
[ Hot Friend ] A sorceress who moved into Winter's woods. Normally Winter would kick out any such intruders, but she's pretty easy on the eyes so she'll let it slide this time. :)c They watch soap operas together, though Tana is apparently caught up in something weird with Wednesday and she begged her to keep that secret so Winter SUPPOSES she can oblige. The secrecy makes it more exciting anyway.
Serenity
[ Who ] Oh, yes, she was in Kivvia for a while, wasn't she. That was a fun little vacation. Winter doesn't really remember much about this girl though, was she important? Royalty? Whatever.
