About: Dr. Cattacopper is one of the most well-known scientists in the solar system. He is known primarily for his work dealing with genetic engineering and splicing, which was used in discovering a cure for Vorgian's Disease, a degenerative disease that causes the breakdown of nerve tissues and ultimately leads to amputations when left untreated. He was contracted by the government to work on a secret project, known as the Ares Project, regarding the creation of a new species that could be utilized as soldiers. The project required him to combine the DNA of multiple known species through splicing, ultimately to build a custom new species. After years of research and experimentation, Dr. Cattacopper delivered with top of the line results. Unfortunately, there were a few secrets the government kept from him about the project until he was locked into the contract.
Once his contract was over, Dr. Cattacopper continued his work on the Albata Research Base. A few months later he was contacted by the organizers of the Ouroboros Division with the intent of recruiting him as a medic. He accepted the job.
As his time with the Ouroboros Division progresses, the persona of Dr. Cattacopper is slowly stripped away to reveal the man beneath it: an anxious and melancholy, hopeless romantic.
Eventually, Karl sheds his skin and severs ties with the research field, fully embracing the alias of Agent 27: one of the Bureau's best and worst decisions, and most memorable special agents.
