A huge pain in the ass, but Hellscream doesn't really think all that poorly of her. She's an equal who can provide a challenge, and he can respect that. That's just more motivation to destroy her, anyway. Their battle banter has to be witnessed to be believed.
Both of them have a mutual understanding that they were created just to be pawns to their makers, but they feel too neutrally to really act on this knowledge and attempt to override their programming to do anything about it. For now.
Celesca almost sees Hellscream as a younger brother. She taunts him relentlessly both in and out of battle, but doesn't actually think little of him at all. She'd really like to eat the souls that power him, but she can't override her coding even when she's starving.
Though she sees him as an equal to some extent, her defeat of him is something she likes to remind him of. Once she finds a way off of Celestella she plans to do it all over again and bring him back to Hell College.
How this weird purple thing managed to contain he and Celesca long enough to dump them off on some backwoods planet will forever remain a blurry mystery to him. He can't say he's not impressed, but he's still eager to hunt her down and kill her.
He could kill her pretty easily, but apparently that means the planet would blow up too, and he doesn't have the juice to travel that far through space yet. Besides, ruining all of her hard work is tons of fun! So he'll let her live. For now.
Some weird kid who should probably be dead, but the fact that they're not is pretty impressive. Zosime is the one who fixed him back up after his last battle with Celesca, and that combined with their amusing lack of fear toward him made Hellscream decide Zosime was worth keeping around. He lets them tag along with him and helps get them food or Pokeymans or whatever kids like, and in exchange Zosime serves as Hellscream's personal mechanic.
A robot they found one day. He was broken, but Zosime had a lot of fun trying to fix them again. It took a while, but it wasn't too hard for them to focus on it. Now they follow Hellscream around while he does whatever, fixing him back up every time he inevitably gets damaged in a fight. Zosime knows he's a bad person, but he steals whatever they want for them and he protects them, so as long as Zosime stays on Celestella no one will care if they stay friends with him. And if they do care... well, whatever.
What a great person! Hellscream kills people and takes their souls, then Vermelhar cleans up the mess by eating the corpses! Sometimes they get into disagreements over who gets the souls but, c'mon dude, finders keepers! They can go find their own damn souls if they want to eat them that badly. He's got a power supply to upkeep!
Verm // ...
Elhar // COOL DUDE BUT STILL KIND OF INFRINGING ON MY TERRITORY BUT WE'RE KINDA BROS THOUGH SO I GUESS IT'S OKAY AND HE CAN MAKE HOT POCKETS IN HIS CHEST THAT'S PRETTY AWESOME NOW I'M HUNGRY ALSO HE USUALLY JUST CALLS ME VERM FOR SHORT WHICH IS WEIRD BECAUSE THAT'S VERM'S NAME NOT MINE BUT WHATEVER DUDE
One time Lysis thought he could kill him! Ha! That was a fun time. He came back, though, which he can't say for all of his victims. Usually he just takes their souls, but Lysis' is full of demonic energy, which doesn't gel with his systems.
That aside, though, he's a pretty cool dude. Not that interested in his sob story, but he sure does like killing him over and over. Stubborn people are fun!
Lysis tried to kill him once, which was, uh... a bad time. A really bad time. Probably the worst death he's had to date.
You'd think that'd be a mistake you only make once, but Lysis is a desperate man.
He's lost count of the number of times he's almost killed her, and completely on accident at that. She's a pretty fearsome opponent and makes dodging look totally effortless. He can respect that. And the guts she has to act all buddy-buddy with him all the time... she's pretty impressive for such a puny, harmless thing.
Another sucker who thought they could actually kill him! When will they learn? This one managed to escape, which is pretty impressive in its own right. They haven't really crossed paths much since then, so she's probably learned her lesson. Smart!
A challenging foe who she gravely underestimated. She won't make that mistake again, but that won't be the last time she faces him. There's quite the bounty on his head, and if she managed to flee from him then killing him can only be a little bit harder. She'll find a way, but she'll take her time.
