Marshalle Saria-Hiezte is a shina inu loving farm girl who ran away the city. Her family owns a dairy farm but she wants to be away from her family, who aren’t the kindest to her. She’s shiny and bright, and often people call her Fire Marshalle, due to her eyes and her red hair.
Marshalle is a very tall, very active girl who did poorly in school. She doesn't let her bad grades get to her because she knows she tried her best. She doesnt have a greenthumb but tries to grow plants to gain friends. Marshalle has a strong inability to grow plants. In fact, most plants start to wilt just being in her care. However, she is quite good with animals and grows strong bonds with them. She claims she can talk to them. She cannot, but she's very in tune to their actions and what they could be thinking. She's a little dense with humans though.
Marshalle's home life isn't the best. Her parents are extremely argumenative and even though they divorced and have their own farms, they don't treat their daughter fairly. Marshalle grew up going back forth between both farms: The Saria farm and the Hiezte farm. Both parents see the other parent in Marshalle, so they often have a bitter edge when they talk to her because they 'remind them of each other'. Marshalle has her mother's hair and her father's eyes. Marshalle is also often called by "the other parent's name" on accident when this happens as well. Marshalle wishes her parents would see her first, and not the person that each parent married.
Due to moving back and forth, with the occassional argument with her parents, Marshalle has overall felt numb to the "love" that her parents give her. She realizes that she's touch starved in an environment where both parents are often giving her love and affection. This causes Marshalle to go out and make an attempt at forming friendships to gain this affection. Sometimes, the relationships she has with her friends sends her mixed signals, and she's often willing to throw herself into romantic relationships due to the little bits of affection she can feel. Fortunately, her friends turned her down because they understand a little about Marshalle's situation. Marshalle feels discouraged by this, even though she knows her friends have a good reason as to why to reject her sudden advances.
Marshalle is often called naive because she mainly is a farm girl, unaware of the seedy nature that can be in people's cores. However, as she is an adult she's not always fond of being called this. This causes her to be frusterated when topics go over her head and she often tries to plunge into these perverse topics to understand, only further causing her discomfort because "she doesn't get it".
In her free time Marshalle collects different gemstones and rocks. She identies as a "rockhound" and loves to pick up little stones she finds on the ground. She often compares people's personalities and behaviors to the rocks she's found. Currently, Marshalle is trying to learn calligraphy so she can write pretty letters. She's terrible at it, but she won't stop practicing. Often at times, she will fall asleep from writing too much, and get ink all over herself. One of Marshalle's big dreams is to have a cool penpal, so she's working her hardest to be able to write pretty letters for them.
