Gods I finally made this puff a character after a whole year of deciding...
Personality: Spiteful of the world, very hostile, always sinister. If able to even speak with it, they often disagree to what someone says, even if it's in the wrong.
It's real name is unknown, and it is actually a demon that was summoned in the form of a Jigglypuff to terrorize both humans and pokemon alike. While in one village, the Jigglypuff encountered an old man who heard about the Puff on a newspaper. The Jigglypuff was defeated after a short fight and the old man "captured" it and villagers in the town called him nuts for keeping it. After a while, the demon was tamed by the old man and he gave it a Green Headband to keep. One day, intruders murdered the man while the Jigglypuff was asleep. When it was awoken by the shrieks of the old man in terror to see his dead body, it was angered and brought back to it's original state of terrorizing anything with it's menacing appearance and claws.
