Perry

At some point he was hired by Kay in an attempt to capture Buddy in order to try to reawaken the kid's demon side. While he did succeed in that first part, Buddy escaped supposedly before Kay's plans really got going. After failing to take on a certain small group of heroes, Kay decided that Perry wasn't worth keeping around and literally kicked him out of their base. They were a couple floors up, and Perry was injured from the fall. The same group of heroes he lost against found him. They figured that since he apparently wasn't with the "bad guys" anymore, they offered to let him join them. He didn't really have anywhere else to go, so he agreed. It kind of bugs him how accepting they are of him, and thinks that they're probably plotting some kind of revenge or something behind his back, though he has no proof of this.

He wanders around alone in the city a lot. When he sees someone he recognizes, he tries to dart away so he doesn't have to talk to them. During one of these walks at night, he saw what appeared to be a little girl all by herself. She creeped the fuck out of him, but since he was supposed to be a "hero" now, he decided to make sure she wasn't lost or something. It seemed like she was, so he tried to see if the police could help, but it turns out the girl had been dead for several years. So now he has a little ghost girl haunting him, he doesn't seem to mind this as much as one would think. He'd always felt more comfortable around "monsters" than people anyway.

Powers: Basically, he can make someone within range fall unconscious and as long as he can focus. He sort of traps their consciousness in a dream world that he has full control over. While he is able do this to multiple people at once, it is more difficult for him. He can also interact with them while they're in there; he usually just taunts them, though.
