Backstory:

She is the cousin of James and has a small crush on Antonio (and he always likes but he wont admit he likes her because he doesn't like her Tia: Miss.Rodriguez - who is known as the loud and nosy neighbor who also owns a store). Her mother is in America working and dad is gone which is why she is always at her aunts house.

She also works at her Tia Rodriguez's store during the summer.

Facts:

-Antonio with sometimes come to her for advice as she usually gives out very good advice.

-She and Antonio tend to always spend the last day of summer together as almost a tradition. At first it was was initially uncomfortable between them as Noemi wasn't sure if he liked/hated her (as Antonio avoids her Tia as much as possible). They cleared the air by talking in private, and from this they made it into a routine.
