Originally brought from the Sinnoh region to Tandor, Lucas started out as a young Starly in an operation to bring more diverse species to Tandor. There he remained wild, steadily training with hopes of evolving into a Staravia on the island where the Nuclear Plant Epsilon sat. When the explosion happened, numerous scientists and Pokemon escaped, however Lucas was not one of the lucky ones. The radiation seeped through the land, claiming any and all Pokemon in it's path. When Lucas got infected he finally evolved into a Staravia, but at a cost, he was no longer in control of his own body. The next ten years were a haze, Lucas hardly remembered anything from that time. Once the second explosion happened and the region saved, Lucas was one of the many Pokemon captured by the Pokemon Rangers and cleaned of radiation. Once clensed, he evolved into a Staraptor. However not all of him was quarantined, as a tuft of hair and his eyes still hold a green tint, as a permanent reminder of his past. Lucas now spends his days helping the Pokemon Rangers who saved him and keeping the peace in Tandor.
