By getting my design you must agree to my Terms of Service. If not agreed to my TOS you're not allowed to own one of my design. If seen breaking my TOS multiple times you'll get blacklisted.

CHARACTER DESIGN

1.) Do not void/delete my Designs
-If ever had an attempt to void/deleted my designs, Please let me know by dropping a message in my toyhouse inbox for confirmation or you can give it to other people for free or return it to me.

-If account got falsely banned, pls. Do let me know in toyhouse or any other media I'm available on as I understand the reason but I may not be able to retrieve the character's back if it got lost.

2.) Do not block my account after getting my design or private it.
-If my design is privated pls. Give me an access to authorized them, as I allow them to private if I can get authority.

-Don't block my account without a reason after getting my design as I couldn't see them, If blocked my account after getting my designs for no reason at all you'll get blacklist automatically.

3.) Reselling and worth for my design
-Only Resell my design until 2 days (or less/more if this has to be in Closed species T.O.S.)

-If offering art with not including money worth on it from offering my designs (unless stated that it'll has worth based art commission) you aren't allowed to sell them for money/virtual currency cause this will be not a fair trade (unless the design have arts came from commission/owed art), you are only allowed to trade them for a character/art instead of the money/virtual currency.

-Do not sell my Freebie/Trade designs for money/virtual currency unless they have a fair amount of art from commissions (this goes to badges,plushies and ect.) and owned art. (Gift arts are excluded as it has no worth.)

-Don't rise up the worth of my designs if there's no extra value from their extra art. Only put their value that you have offered/bid on my design unless this Oc had got extra worth from your art or commissioned art.

-Please keep it fair for the additional value of your art in my designs if it's valid for the extra worth.

-If selling my design from money and you bought it on Amino Coins, do not make it very expensive as Amino Coins only worth less for me. ($1 = 10k Amino Coins) This is IF there's no additional art that comes from Commission/Owned art that bought from Money/DA points.

4.) Redesigning my Characters

-You are allowed to change the species, gender and add on some body parts but for updating the colors, you can only change a few amount of colors if wanted to redesign, But you must not sell the OG design and keep the redesign by yourself. If changing the whole patterns and colors and had been very opposite to the OG design then I will allow it.

-I don't allow my designs to be turned into an open / closed species (unless permission asked from me) but I allow my Closed Species design to be de-species.

5.) Commercial use

-I allow my design to be made into merchandise and comics and such but you must not use/include my art for this monetary.

6.) Extra rules

-You are allowed to have AU's/Versions with the design but it must be permanently stuck with the Character. Closed species designs are allowed to have another form/version of another Closed Species as well, If they allowed so.

-You are not allowed to use my designs for Breedable adopts or fusion adopts out of them.

-Crediting me as a designer is highly appreciated
