Backstory:
Noe is the little brother of Stripe and he sticks to him most of the time. Since he is in a mental state of a Kid, he can´t most of the time take care of himself. He know that Stripe like adventure but have a problem with orientation, so he try to navigate for him. He also want to learn to swim, since Stripe almost drowned. He cares much for his brother, but he feels sometimes to much babysitted from him.

Don is his absolute role model and now he stick to him often. Cause he is like a child most of the NebNoms around him are nice and tolerate his derpy nature. Envy is a little scary, but he makes awesome explosions.
