Personality

He is very serious individual. May crack jokes with or at you. He doesn't like to attract attention to himself. He's the guy that you would find standing at the back of the room.

Background

He got pulled from his time period because of Riley's time travel fiasco. He's still pretty bitter about it and refuses to speak to her. It took him a while to get used to the current time period. Emilie and the others felt bad about his current situation and decided to have him temporarily work at the headquarters on small recon or assassination missions, and give him a place to stay. He communicates through a translator device.

[before time travel fiasco] He lived a comfortable life serving his lord and master. But as the years passed, his lord become mad with power and greed. And as such, corruption began to spread within the high ranks. Those with higher ranks or of higher social class began to mistreat those lower than them. Keiji and men of low rank or class were often overworked and underpaid. Keiji and the others began to question their lord's authority as they deemed he was longer fit to lead.

A feud broke out between the lord and those who opposed him. In the end, the opposing side won but many lives were also lost. Keiji and those who survived would become wandering ronin working various jobs or serving other lords or masters. He would continue this cycle for a few years before stumbling across a farm desperately in need of work. [add]

Other Info

Length of his hair when down reaches his waist. Don't make him smile! His katana (or wakizashi) is optional, but if you include it he is left-handed (your right). The katana's blade should be slightly curved. I'm just too lazy to fix it lol. He's usually seen carrying his katana when he's wearing his traditional/casual clothes (the only outfit ref I have atm), isn't in combat, or not on some assassination job. Otherwise, they are both seen at his right side (your right since he's left-handed) tied with a sash. Both should be worn with the blade face up.
