Dylon was born at the bottom of the ocean, just sort of appearing one day as a child. He was made off the east cost of south America, and hasn't bothered to explore much of the ocean. Dylon is the current reincarnation of Tlāloc, an Aztech god of rain. He has small powers, though he's mostly unaware of them. His live has been spent traversing the ocean around his home, trying to find a portal of some sort that only he can open, while trying to be stopped by many people and creatures.
