Little Fritzwilliam does have a fancy name. Though he usually just goes by 'Fritz' mostly. You usually see him pandering around with a scarf with a planty or leaf pattern on it, but he'll wear basicly any scarf he can find. He really hoards them. They are just never enough for him!
Just ask, he's got all patterns, sizes and colours available.

He's also great at selling stuff. Noone usually just gets away from his cart barepawed, just because it smells so darn nice!
He has a cart with freshly roasted nuts and dried fruits. And just prepares his nuts right in his cart on the spot!
It's really no wonder no one can get past that easely. He's also quite talkactive, so if you don;t stop to buy, he'll just talk you into it!
