Cecil is easily startled and easily frightened. He is a very quiet kid who prefers to stick close to his parents or to his sort-of-brother, Bendy. He is eternally worried of losing his parents or them losing him, so they have to comfort him often.
In the bad end, he is mistakenly inked and becomes a near-perfect version of Toon Bendy.
