Verquil Esquitz

Appearance:

Has orange red skin with long black hair that is thrown backwards, except for a few strands of hair. Has silver eyes without any pupils and black eyewhites. He has a light stubble beard that covers his whole lower face. He also has a strong jawline. The other features of his face are more soft. He has dark red ram-like horns. His lizard-like tail is quite short for a tiefling, only about 4 feet long. His fingers (Not his nails) Are pointy. He has a tall build with quite broad shoulders.
Wears a kaki green scarf at the start (for sand and stuff)
Brown leather boots and a baggy beige pants, wears a white blouse with over it a pompous pirate-like green leather jacket with grey and black decorations on it. Carries his Lute on his side. Wears a small golden necklace with a little oval like trinket.

Personality:

Very loud presence, flirts a lot, likes to talk  about others, but mostly his own wife. Trusts people quickly on a low  level, takes a while to trust people with more conflicting things. He doesn't boast about himself to  other men, only when they actually ask about his accomplishments.  Verquil's not new to danger. When he thinks he can handle it, he will  act as if he's overly confident. When he think that he won't be able to  achieve something, he tries to get others to do the dirty work. He is  not a fan of crime and actually despises it quite a bit, however  sometimes the end justifes the means to him, as he often gives more  shady suggestions before thinking of more kind ways to solve a problem.  He loves to accompany other musicians or dancers, but also likes to hang  around fighters for his own protection and their stories. Always tries  to look for new things or situations to write songs about, mostly to  impress women.
HIS PERSONALITY IS CENTERED AROUND ROMANCE

Backstory:

Parents weren't trying to up their social status, taking their role as sinful tiefling and low human. Verquil did not accept this and worked as hard as he could to show people that he wasn't just another regular tiefling in society. With not a lot of his kind around, he was very extrovert, trying to show off how him being different didn't matter. His efficiency with instruments helped him with that. Eventually with his adulthood he came to accept his role as tiefling, being made out of sin, and made it his strength. He couldn't sink any lower, so he took risks in becoming a more interesting person. He tried to win competitions with opponents that were way better than him. He always lost, but he gained a lot of experience, until eventually after two years he gained respect from his hometown, finally enabling him to make use of his charms. Not much later he married a woman, but his relationship is open and he makes a lot of use out of it. At the moment he's enjoying his adventurous life and can only see it becoming better.
