Goethsa is known to speak of a childhood in Germany. Although she mainly remembers the cool blue lakes, sweet call of birds, and deep floral forests, the written histories that coincide with her youth speak of a watery tart who hid in lakes and ate unsuspecting people. They also speak about a forest witch who could cause a seed to sprout in your stomach and use you as living fertilizer or of a forest witch who lured children to a candy house in order to cook them.
Whether she was the witch storybooks warn about is a different story as Goethsa herself suffers from a case of dementia due to her advanced years and is known modernly as nothing more then a sweet lady who steals ice cream trucks in order to treat the local children. What ever the case she is clearly a powerful creature-even if she has little control or use for spell craft these days.
-Very beautiful and detached from reality, she wears a simple frock or an ice cream worker's apron and hat while going about her daily life. She looks easy to take advantage of because she appears to be a niave young girl but when she feels threatened something primal and fierce comes out usually leaving her attacker as nothing more then a smudge on the floor.
-Why does she like ice cream? Who knows she will go on about how creamy and soft and sweet it is though...
-Loves children and especially loves stroking their hair.
-Lives in a forest bungalow... some where... she doesn't really sleep but she does spend time in an abandoned woodland shack at the outskirts of a modern suburbia
-Can sing wonderfully and play many instruments but doesn't think to unless someone puts one in her hand.
-Doesn't remember alot about herself or her surroundings but seems unbothered by it, as long as she feels happy she is worry-less.
-She preformed a spell about a 100 years ago to make her look permanently young. It involved eating a lot of children and left her with permanent memory loss. Her hands remain old and wrinkled due to the spell.
-Seems to be driven by simple pleasures, she is not malicious despite having a horrible past of being power hungry and "evil" she's now just a mellow women who likes to see others happy and be around children. She thinks of herself as a child too simply because she looks young and doesn't ever remember being old.
-Regularly uses illusions to change her eyes and tentacles and other minor parts of herself.

-Secret backstory: she was raised by a community of kitsunes on her father's side, they lived in germany and were pretty chill and nice but were known for causing tricks to the local humans. Much of brother's grim actually speaks about the german kitsunes of goethsa's village. Goethsa herself was one of the few in her village who had more then 3 tails and as such was expected to be powerful/great. Despite expectations, as a child she struggled with spell craft and as such was teased/looked down upon by her peers. This frustrated her and nurtured who into an evil women who eventually destroyed her own village (thus killing most of the mythical activity in germany) before taking residence as the sole evil in her country. She truly was a witch, evil, power hungry, and greedy. She was bitter and felt horrible for her evil deeds but convinced herself this was the only way she could be and was right by her nature. As such the youth spell was both a blessing and a curse as she reverted back to her core personality, that of a sweet innocent young women who had never done anything wrong and therefor had no reason to feel guilty, but it's a curse because she no longer remembers who she was. Luckily she really doesn't care she's too easy going lol.
