Maximillian, or Max, as dubbed by it's owner, KP100, is a standard issue K9200 police unit with extra input from CyberLife's weapons experts, creating a perfect attack dog. As the coding used in the android dog is still in progress, the liklihood of this android's upgrades being released to the public are slim to none. It is faster, bigger and stronger than it's organic counterparts, and will make for the perfect police unit when the coding is complete.

Maximillian runs at an average pace of 45mph, allowing it to easily keep up with certain cars and keep pace with criminals on the run. It's bite exerts a force of 670lbs, and can easily snap wrists, break arms and fracture legs if it is needed to prevent further injury to itself or civillians around it. It's main circuitry and processor allows Max to understand up to eighty different commands, optimising it's ability to protect the city of Detroit. Max's artificial nose contains 250 million scent receptors, and has an almost equal amount of olfactory sensors, allowing it to scent up to two miles away from an old trail. It works side-by side with KP100 and the Detroit City Police Department to bring peace to the city.

Around the precinct, Max is generally seen either sitting by KP100's desk, following KP100, or taking coffee to Detective Reed and Lieutenant Anderson's desks, as per request by KP100 in an attempt to make workplace drama a less than frequent occurence. Max has a break period with KP100, where they go to the park to test K9200's agility and speed by playing with a frisbee.

K9200 has been seen interacting with Lieutenant Anderson's Saint Bernard, Sumo, whilst at the park. Despite certain programs being removed, K9200's observation system is advanced enough so it can detect what other dogs do as they greet each other, and mimics it in altercations with Sumo and other androids and dogs at the park. Max's disposition can be very sour if in the presence of a bitter individual,including Detective Gavin Reed and his RK900 partner, Conan. (my biggest headcanon) KP100 seems to like Detective Reed enough, but that does not mean he likes them.

K9200 is, all in all, your average police dog, but....smarter. It seems to show some level of intelligence, though not on the level as the humanoid androids posses, though their relationship refers to the similar one between a human and their canine companion.
