Hinami is a quiet girl, usually content to be furthering her research into strange occult lore or watching horror movies, but it's easy to bring out her exciteable and peppy side by simply bringing up these topics as she loves speaking about them! Her original academic goal was to become an anthropologist and study the world's creepiest folklore, however things have now been put on hold as she's been sucked into the world of school idols!

Recruited by Airi, Hinami now performs on stage with the idol group ANGELIC☆Kiss, usually remaining as a backup singer as she feels intimiated by many others in the group by their sheer skill. Unsure exactly what Airi saw in her (as she had never taken singing or dancing lessons in her life!), Hinami seeks to prove herself and see where this journey takes her as she's willing to give it her all!
