A water deity whose once-sacred waters have been converted into a beach resort. Binded to the area- Talia is now confused for the world's grumpiest lifeguard.

She's pretty blunt and haughty, and has an unhidden disdain for humans. She isn't so cruel that should would let one drown though, which is how the whole lifeguard thing got started! She does have a general interest in human technology and every now and then she meets a person she kinda-sorta-can-stand-to-be-around, but she mostly wishes to not be trapped at the beach resort.
