Runs an underappreciated inn almost all on his own, aside from the occasional help from Cyrielle. He might leave the major cooking to his staffman, but he takes pride in how clean he keeps his establishment. Jokes he was a Nitpicki in the past, with how much he likes to collect blankets of fabric. He loves their textures and patterns; he has so many he can dress the beds and hang them up for decor. 

Can be found resting in the pool behind the counter and quilts at the entrance, the "bell" will ring when you enter, and he'll be there. Just give him a little bit of time to get out, his knees are a bit weak. 

The majority of his quilts are used as a mock background for the counter and double as curtains to the "room" with a heated pool right behind them. Because of that setup, he's able to monitor the front as well as get to you sooner than if he were in a guest room upstairs. Quicker access gets you up there quicker; no one wants to be subjected to that chilly snow, after all! 

He has a huge weak spot for Bremus, often asking Cyrielle to watch the counter and other customers for him so that he can spend some time with the Chuikha. Envious of his stories and travels, Itzal is honoured that Bremus seems to want to spend time with him. 

While a keeper shouldn't have favourites, Itzal definitely does. Lays out the softest fabrics for Bremus, as Itzal knows of how little his rest is typically. Always hopes he stays longer, as Bremus' company is worth more than any gem. He keeps the flowers that Bremus' Mayntis gifts his Bunblebee in his most prized vase. Cyrielle helps him with prolonging their life, and when they're wilting, they get pressed in books and made into unique bookmarks as yet another thing Itzal collects in his Inn.
