This location is accessible only through the unnammed entity as it is not a part of the Set. It has its own magic system which is sustainable outside of its origin, and therefore possible to use in the Set of Worlds.

Ocean claims to have no memory before this place, but also denies being born there or having someone intentionally wipe her memory. She was here before the Set of Worlds and has a history in the location. She and Imari claim to be siblings, but the validity of that has not been confirmed.

This location is the primary setting for the characters related to the Set. Its magic system functions off of magic waves, and may or may not be sustainable outside of its origin. Magic waves do not survive far outside the worlds themselves and only exist in space to connect them. Magic waves are present in worlds described as being "outside the Set" and are sometimes present in worlds accessible through the unnamed entity, allowing the use of Set based magic in these locations.

Ocean now lives in the Set of Worlds and has no intention of leaving. Despite no longer owning the world, she is associated with The World of Moonlit Waters in her ID. She requested for her name to be removed from her Set ID upon generation of the ID, something that shouldn't have been happening manually in the first place.

Despite how suspicious it looks, Ocean claims to not have any idea what the error is about, but she did confirm that it existed before the generation of the Set ID.

Ocean was found after she had just entered the Set by a cat named Seirah. She had no knowledge of magic, but she did speak the Set's primary language. Seirah told Thrynll that Ocean's cat form seemed older than it should be compared to what her human form was at the time, but neither form was an adult. Despite not coming from the Set, Thrynll confirmed that she does, in fact, have the magic organ.

Seirah taught Ocean the rules of the Set of Worlds and how it functions, from the natural workings of the worlds themselves to the government at the time, The Circle. He also helped her learn magic. This was before the magic school was founded; many people believe she is what inspired him to create it.

Ocean eventually abandoned Seirah and took leadership of The World of Moonlit Waters. Continuing to raise her magic level, she transformed the world into a military world, and began to participate in the Set leaderboards. The World of Moonlit Waters is one of the smallest successful military worlds, as there is only one city on the world and the rest of it is wilderness. It has claimed the top spot on the world leaderboards and has rarely let go of it since.

As successful as it was, Ocean began to frequent the world less and less until she was rarely ever present. She had taken an interest in causing problems on her own, and began to challenge The Circle, working with and against them as time went on. She has collaborated with the Shadows before and has also fought them--which side she supported would fluctuate over time.

She left the Set for a world outside of the Set with no name. In it is the Light Kingdom. She was absent from the Set for a few years until she randomly made an appearance again, alongside Thrynll, a forgotten figure from the First Shadow War that had been assumed dead.

She ended up getting very involved with the Shadows at this time, eventually leading to The Circle attempting to exile her from the Set. She was not very phased.

This led up to an event that the Set described as "an act of terrorism." Ocean, being manipulated by the Shadows, attacked The Circle in the World of Central Towers, home to the origin point and was the world the government officially occupied. She used a forbidden type of shadow magic to completely explode the area, taking The Circle and the buildings down with her. Admist the dust clearing the Shadows made their return, and Six entered the area to announce that they were taking the world and would begin their conquest of the Set. The Shadow Hunters, Akira and Pyre, revived Ocean in secret.

She also began to get involved with locations accessible only through the unnamed entity. Her, Thrynll, and the rest of the group made a trip to Tnalka during this time, where they met Artaku and acquired the Osara Shoki, and later even visited Artaku's home world.
Upon return from Artaku’s home world, Ocean and her group returned to the Set at war. The Shadow Hunters had switched sides to support the Shadows. Ocean and Thrynll joined the fighting, against the Shadows.

They ended up allying with Syrta and Cobanite, and then, upon discovery of Sanlaily, Thrynll’s brother, managed to get him and his magic diffraction group to support the war effort. Later, Akira switched sides once again to support this group as well. After a dragged out series of fights and events, Ocean and Thrynll convinced Arliss from The World of Golden Storms to assist them in eliminating the Shadows. The attempt was a success and those alongside Ocean won the war.

Now, meetings are being held in order to decide how the new government will function as they finish fighting the last opposing forces. With these changes, the Set is moving into a new era, and Ocean is making sure that, by all means, she is a part of it.

Ocean entered the world hosting the Light Kingdom with no goal in mind, aside from the fact that she wanted out of the Set of Worlds. She managed to pick the perfect place to teleport... because she met Akira and Kusari immediately.

She wasn't taken very well in the group, but over time she was accepted. She ended up meeting Aoi here as well. The group weren't exactly magic users like those in the Set, but they had experience with magic and even had trouble with shadow cats.

Thanks to her, the group ended up involved in the Set of worlds. They met Lithin there, and he joined them in the Light Kingdom, more interested in what was going on there rather than the Set of Worlds.

When the group visited another country on the planet, Kusari ran into Thrynll by what was essentially pure chance. This was... certainly a surprise for Ocean. She had not expected them to run into a high level magic diffraction user on some random obscure world. He ended up staying with the group, which took Ocean some time getting used to, but eventually she didn't mind him being present.

Ocean has been vital to the Light Kingdom due to her assistance in battle as well as construction. She can get things done in mere seconds when it could take regular construction years to build up. With someone like this on their side, the Light Kingdom could expand rapidly. It could also be defended as time went on and more magic users encountered the world.

With her present, the group could expand on their magic abilities, as well. Had they not had a magic user familiar with the Set in their group, they likely never would have ever even thought to try and use it in an offensive manner. This aided the defense of the kingdom even more.

Despite her role in the kingdom, though, Ocean's priority is still the Set of Worlds. She lives in the Light Kingdom, but is not always present anymore. Instead, she checks on Akira and Kusari, making sure they haven't gotten themselves into dire trouble while she's out giving people a headache (and some injuries) in the Set.

She also found Swivelchair on the street and brought him to the Light Kingdom. He lives there now. He's her son now. Very important.
