HELLO i just wanted to let you know that raiki is probably one of the coolest naruto ocs i've ever come across, his skill set is really well thought-out especially given the technical limitations of naruto and how much we know of how like, all of the powers and abilities work. like the way you fill in those gaps is really cool!
