All characters designed by me, unless explicitly stated by me, are able to be gifted, traded, or resold by their current owner as that current owner sees fit. No one person shall place their own terms on a character after it transfers beyond the scope of their ownership - NO EXCEPTIONS. Designs may be modified within reason; if you make heavy alterations that may be considered outside “within reason” I ask that you make it clear in a description box somewhere that those changes are your own doing, not mine. Do not remove my signature if it is present on a design. Absolutely under NO CIRCUMSTANCES are any of my designs, past, present, or future to be owned or otherwise transferred to Darling/PrettySmol/PrettySmolx/SugarBean/Arcane/Whatever other stupid usernames she may come up with.
