Lloyd is a very empathic person. He's calm in the face of most things, except for the people he admires the most, and then he gets a little nervous. He always feels the mood of a situation when he steps into it, but he doesn't always tread cautiously like he should because of his usual mellow-ness. He's not easily hurt, so he forgets that he can easily say the wrong thing to others, but he's very good at reading people and knowing when he's said something wrong. Essentially, he's not very good at taking things seriously until confronted with the consequences.

 He's usually very independent and doesn't take too many people all that seriously because he rather just enjoy himself. He likes to kick back and make dumb jokes. He's definitely laziest worker at the firm, but he's good at switching between professional and casual when he needs to. He's very socialable and good with people / customers though. He's very comfortable with being himself. He's a bit rebellious for a joke, but overall, he's cooperative and he knows how to clean up. He does what he pleases as long as no one's getting hurt.

Lloyd used to be a bit of a delinquent in school, and he still is with the crowd he hangs out with outside of the office, but he doesn't let that get in the way of his work ethic. His job is simple and boring, but he thinks he'll be able to work his way up in his career because he's a good people person. Right now he mostly works with customer service, over the phone, and sales.
