Whilst powerless, Alvis Callahan was a prodigy at learning and understanding. Anything he was passionate about, he'd remember things flawlessly and come to immediate understanding of its nature. As such, he was sent to Dragon Corp's School of the Outstanding at the age of 10, and was pushed to pursue the study of the arcane to potentially reach a breakthrough for the organisation. Despite being pushed, he was passionate about it. Alvis had no powers of his own, and he wanted to have them like the other kids. And if he worked hard, he was told he'd get them.

Of course, being Alvis, he succeeded. At some point within that year, his mind worked so hard that he discovered something, something so impossibly large and profound that his head was immediately overloaded with information. So much information that it caused a chain reaction that ignited psionic powers within himself, and at the same time completely and utterly frying his brain. Before Dragon Corp could intervene, the child's psychic outburst resulted in him winking from existence.

...Only to appear a second later in a different city, far from Trinus, with no name, very little memory, and his mind filled with extreme, terrifying power. Less of a person, and more of a vessel for the psychic energies that swirled in his brain. And at some point, this frazzled young boy gravitated towards the Adventurer's Guild. He didn't know where else to go, and it was a sense of purpose and companionship. He showed up without a word, floating around without a care, and it gained him the nickname of 'Ghost'.

After after being properly registered to the Guild due to many weeks of frustration and concern from the staff, it's finally time for his first mission...
