Ceto is Greek for "Goddess of the Sea". In mythology, Ceto was the Goddess of sea monsters.

She's able to manipulate the water enough to create waves, and uses it mostly while hunting to disorient her prey. Other than that, she doesn't have much control on her own.

Personality:
Ceto is a quiet Elefu and spends most of her time in the ocean by herself, sticking to the dark depths and only coming up for air. She's empathetic, reserved, and awkward. She doesn't take well to large crowds. It's not easy to make her angry- at most she can get annoyed. She has a particular soft heart.

Dark vision: She can see especially well in the dark.
Echolocation: If she's in the deepest depths of the sea, she finds it harder to see as light can't reflect well the further down you go. Therefore, she is able to produce a sound in her throat, and uses it to tell what's around her.

Little facts:
-Because she spends most of her time underwater, she cares little about clothing. She isn't bothered by nudity. When she has to go out in public on land, she'll wear a plain sun dress.
-Her favorite food is fish and when she travels on land she likes to treat herself to sushi.
-She is demiromantic and demisexual
-She can hold her breath for 1 hour 40 minutes.
-She is nocturnal.
-She sleeps in shallow waters located in secluded caves.
