Character summary

She has the ability to control water, which includes being able to turn her own body into water. She can pull moisture out of the air to use and has the ability to freeze any water that isn't part of her body. Prolonged and overuse of her quirk causes her body to lose it's shape, and in result she will become a puddle. During this time she will need to be kept in a container of some form until her body reforms.
