Whisp

Whisp is an interesting gal. She rarely talks, but when she does all she can is whisper, sometimes incoherent whispers, though a couple times she has managed to get out a super soft voice. Hence her name, Whisp. Whisp is a bird-like creature made entirely out of mist/fog. She hA the ability to move around like a gas, and to also turn solid at any given moment. She spends a lot of her time in foggy environments, so mostly ponds or lakes in the morning. When she’s not there she spends her time lurking and watching others, waiting for something to go wrong so she can swoop in and help. A real sweetheart once you get to know her.
