• 1.] You may buy and resell my designs without adding more art or value to it.
• 2.] You may buy and resell my designs for more than what you bought it for without adding more art or value to it.
• 3.] You may redesign to whatever extent you wish, but must always credit me for the original.
• 4.] You may edit my artwork to apply to a redesign, but must keep the original piece in the gallery along with the new, edited piece.

• 5.] You may not remove my designs from ToyHouse. If you are selling offsite, PM me!
• 6.] You may not buy my designs with intent to resell to a blacklisted user.
• 7.] You may not apply your own TOS to my designs, no matter what you think is fair.
• 8.] You may not claim my original artwork or designs as your own work, no matter the amount of edits.
• 9.] You may not buy my designs if you partake in or have the intent to use them for malicious or disgusting purposes, such as;
pedophilia, zoophilia (FERAL NSFW), cub, forced/non-con, incest, racist/bigoted intent, homophobic/transphobic/lgbt-fetishist intent, or anything otherwise negative towards a group/race/ethnicity of people, sexuality, etc.
