Powers/Abilities: Hypercompetence, but only applied to the human body, surgical knowledge/skill, and often other miscellaneous medical knowledge. Even Dallas himself can’t really explain how his powers function - he’s just able to make his surgeries work. Even if they technically shouldn’t.

Occupation: Vantage scientist (assigned to R&D 04), back-alley surgeon (works out of his and Finn’s basement)
Personality: Dallas is slimy at best. It’s safe to assume that he’s almost never working without an ulterior motive, even if you’ve somehow wormed your way towards becoming one of his close friends. In fact, it might even be unsafe not to assume such. Dallas has a way of charming his way into peoples’ good graces before they figure out that he’s not exactly the person he seems to be, but by that time he’s usually elbow-deep in their internal organs. He has an endless fascination for the human body, and likes to test its capacities, often to their extreme limits and sometimes even on himself. He hates people owing him debts - if you promise him something and don’t pay up, he’s going to devote special time and effort towards making your life a living hell.
Additional Info:
- Dallas has no actual medical license. Most of his patients are people who can’t risk going to the hospital, which tends to mean either criminals or heroes hiding from the police.
- Lives in Finn’s house. Mostly.
