Felix Motome, also known as the idol Spotlight or Oni Prince, is a student in Class 2-I at U.A. High school, currently its Class Rep and working towards a career as a producer in the Entertainment world.
Felix has tan colored skin and has two curved lines of natural blue lines on his skin below his eyes/on his cheeks. He also has these blue markings on other parts of his body (Arms, chest, back, legs, etc). His eyes and hair are a similar blue color, the top of the back of his hair being spiked up, and his eyes have a ring of a much brighter and almost glowing/shining light blue around his pupils. He naturally grows long, sharp, pointed nails, however he keeps them cut and filed down to both be able to play his instruments and not accidentally hurt anyone. While Felix has a prominent pair of fangs, he actually has six, as the set of two teeth behind his longer fangs are sharp to a point as well. His pairs of horns are a darker blue with black lines along them.
Because of having a Quirk based entirely on self confidence, Felix has grown into an individual who is a very determined, confident, and happy person. He constantly tries to brighten up and encourage his fellow classmates to do their best because of wanting to spread what his quirk inspires, doing his best to be there for them despite whatever he is feeling. The higher than normal self confidence and his determination has worked in his favor more ways than one, including helping him score to be at the top of his class.
However, on the other side of the same coin, despite Felix always looking to be 100% optimistic, he has had learn faking his confidence on occasion too, having a huge fear of letting others down after setting himself up to be a person to inspire their own confidence. On the rare occasions this happens, he will normally keep his problems to himself and refuse to open up to others, brushing it off, giving a smile, and changing the subject. He has a bad habit of putting others, their needs, and their feelings far before himself to the point he forgets about his own needs sometimes. When it comes to his current musical career and stardom, he is very passionate about it; loving to perform, the fans he's made, the people's he's met, and everything that goes with it. If there is anything that spikes his confidence and happiness, it's that.
Felix's start in his home life isn't too much to report, for the fact that he grew up in a pretty normal environment. His parents had met young when his father had traveled to the Philippines for a work trip and it was there he met his mother. The two sparked and continued a long distance relationship for quite some time before his mother moved to Japan to be with him, getting married, and started a small family with their only child, Felix (who his mother insisted on being able to name if their son would have his Japanese last name). They were incredibly loving parents who supported him in everything he did or wanted, sometimes pushing him just a little too hard for a path to success (which included signing him up for multiple extra curricular activities throughout his childhood, not that he minded as he had a lot of fun), made sure he always had a roof over his head, always had food in his stomach, etc. There was quite a bit of stress on him with pushing towards wanting him to be successful, but not enough that it ever really pushed Felix to any unhealthy habits. When he was old enough to tell them it was too much pressure, they backed off but he still kept on with every musical activity.
Felix's Quirk manifested at about 4 years old, however it went entirely unnoticed for a long period of time. Initially, his parents and others believed he could possibly be quirkless as nothing had seemed to appear as he got older. However, he slowly realized his Quirk with more things he did in his extra classes and in school. As he did things, people encouraged him, and spikes of confidence went through him, he would suddenly become exceptional at whatever he was doing and knowing more about it, even if he had been struggling over it just a few moments before. The more confident he felt about tackling something, the better he became. It took a long time for him to nail down the specifics of his Quirk; how far the confidence went, how far of something he could go, if it increased something he already knew how to do, if it worked on things he had never tried before, etc. And as he got older, he realized he could pass off that confidence after an incident with a school friend who was too shy to do a school play. After a pat on the shoulder and words of encouragement, there was a sudden change in his friend and he performed like no one had seen before, returning to his shy state just after he was done. He later told Felix he had suddenly felt strangely over confident after speaking to him and thus another pin to the quirk was added.
As he got older, he started venturing further into his musical talents but as time came to start selecting a high school, his father began to pressure him about using his Quirk to become a hero and pushing him to take the entrance exam to UA. This, unfortunately, wasn't something he could get his parents to back down on. They wanted to see him in the Hero Course, and pushed for him to do so. So, he took the entrance exam, despite knowing deep down he didn't want to become a hero. Luck seemed to be on his side as, while he was accepted into UA, he didn't make the final cut into the hero course. Looking into his work with his extra curricular activities, he was instead placed into the Department of Management, much to his delight. His father was disappointed he didn't make it into being a Hero, but he let it go when he saw how much Felix preferred where he was and decided he could better mentor his son in Management than he could in Heroism.
Felix took quickly to the course and it was here that he was quickly scouted by one of the teachers for his talents, the teacher doubling as an agent to other big time Quirk using celebrities and it took no time at all for Felix to be placed on a stage. A stage where his talents truly shined, alongside the help of his Quirk. Shortly into his first year, he became a quickly well known celebrity Idol while still attending school, sky rocketing his popularity therein, though he tried very hard to separate his work life from his school life. He found a deep love in his performing and enjoying the fact he can entertain and make so many people happy doing what he loves. It was because of this that he took his school work even more seriously, making plans to graduate not only with high marks but with enough experience to have something right after graduation. He wanted nothing more than to give others what he was given, a chance to show off their stuff, to use their Quirk and passion to get to a place to be seen, even that wasn't being a hero. To be able to work with the heroes and be able to show themselves and their confidence to the world. To give others the kind of confidence that gave him so much.
It's become a challenge to balance his Idol work and his class work, especially becoming the Class Rep for 2-I, but he accepts the challenge with a grin and another bout of confidence, wanting to his best for himself and for others.
Quirk
Stage Presence (Confidence): Felix's quirk is one that relies heavily on the confidence a person has in themselves. With Stage Presence, the quirk is able to make Felix excel at anything he does the more self confidence he has and the more belief he has in himself. Essentially he can be really great at something he is first attempting or, if he has a previous skill in it, he gets better at it. While this works more efficiently with natural self confidence, it can also work with a "fake it 'til you make it" attitude. Pseudo self confidence can work and keep the effects going as long as the person can continue to fake the confidence, though it won't be as strong. Felix can also, for a short period of time, transfer this effect to another person, fading after the time is up or breaking the confidence/belief.

Marie Suou: His current girlfriend, whom made it quite the challenge for them to start dating~ Met in the typical cliche way of him pulling her up onto the stage during a performance and became enamored with her at first because of her Quirk, before truly falling for her. Thinks she's the kindest and sweetest person he's ever met and enjoys every moment of being with her (as well as wanting to spoil her often).
UA High School
Ayato Mifune (1-A): A kouhai of his in the year below him. He always has a fun time when he gets to hang out with Ayato, the younger boy having become really fascinated when Felix told him about his trips to America. He always makes a habit now to pick up something for him from there whenever he goes for work.
Ina Tsuto (2-A): A fellow classmate in the same year as him and a fan of his. While they aren't exactly friends or anything, he knows her in passing and runs into her every now and again. She seems like a nice enough person to be around from what he's seen, but has never really hung out with her enough to get to know her past that.

Hizashi Yamada (Present Mic): As his favorite Hero and inspiration for his entertainment work, he's been able to work with and get advice from Present Mic a few times during the start of his idol work. He makes a habit of making sure to listen to his segments as often as he can and always find it gives him a good boost of confidence when he needs it.

- Because of his physical traits, Felix's fans dubbed him The Oni Prince, alongside his stage name of Spotlight.
- He is half Japanese, and half Filipino.
- Not many know/or believe it, but Felix never wanted to make it into the Hero course. His father encouraged him to go for it, but he was relieved when he was placed in the management department instead.
- Felix is a master of faking his confidence to others sometimes, even though it's natural almost 100% of the time. Being confident, he feels he'll let others down if he isn't the pillar of optimism he's always been for them, as well as afraid of losing the confidence he's almost always had.
- He has an incredibly big sweet tooth, so it's very possible to get him to do something in exchange for for some good candy, pastries, or just anything with sugar in it (but his favorite is anything sour).
- The instruments he's best at (with and without his quirk) and are his favorites are guitar (or anything really with strings), drums, and harmonica.
- He was scouted during his first year at UA by a producer teaching one of the courses for the Management Department, which led to his path into a music career and becoming a music celebrity while attending school.
- He is currently the Class Representative for Class 2-I.
- Felix's ultimate end goal is to become a producer to not only Heroes but to others with Quirks who want to reach the same heights as he has and help them reach their dreams.
- His Quirk's name, Stage Presence, was something he named himself, as he only ever wanted to use it for performing arts talents in the beginning, but later kept the name as he connected it to passing it to someone else; Giving them the spotlight and the stage to show their stuff with the power his Quirk could give them.
