Fille

One of the Dewclaw Captains, Fille helps manage Mewt Mavet's personal cult and government. Specifically, she oversees Outercity - the enormous multilayer town that serves as the functional capital of Maweth and surrounds Innercity, the palace and Mewt's personal lands. She works in tandem with Kasha, who does manage Innercity, to coordinate festivals, regulations, construction, imprisonment, and trade, and the two have a robust work friendship, often chatting about the other captains' antics or Mewt's latest interests. Fille herself is upbeat and cheerful, enjoying her work as a Dewclaw in service of her god, and can often be found with a glass of wine in her hand.
