Helena

A sister from the same alien race and agency, Ophelia and Helena are one brood (50 yrs) apart. Having only interacted during training and through Helena's antagonization, the two barely have a relationship like all sisters before them. After Helena deemed Ophelia incompetent to capture Yana, she decided to pursue Yana herself and investigate Ophelia for desertaiton and treason. Helena would kill Ophelia if it was necessary.

Yana's case was handed down to Helena after Ophelia failed to capture and deliver Yana to the IBI in a timely manner. Helena sees Yana as nothing more than a law-breaking anarchist and has no trouble using deadly force to obtain her. Helena also perceives Yana to be a lesser being due to her being from a different planet and alien race.
