Like Rayn, Kierian is part of a species of elf in which at birth, a part of your body is traded for magical powers. Kierian lost only one of his eyes so his powers are not as strong as Rayn's. Kierian is very outgoing and sometimes rushes into to things too quickly. But they're getting better at pacing themselves and knowing their limits.
Rayn and Kierian clashed at first, thinking the other was the complete opposite of them. As time went on though, they realized they had a lot in common. They can both be reckless in different ways and spending time with each other has helped them learn more about themselves.
Kierian's energy may sometimes be too much for Esethra, but on quieter days, the two enjoy doing their work while Kierian talks and Esethra listens. Sometimes the quiet gets to her, so it's nice to have a source of noise around for once.
