Bio:

 The circumstances of Debli's birth are a bit of a mystery. One day his egg was found stashed away in a bush outside of a Pokemon Daycare Center.  The well-meaning owners took in the egg after a few days of searching  for any parents or trainers that had lost an egg. They were quite  surprised when it hatched and revealed the fluffy little fusion.  Unfortunately for them, they had brought a natural born kleptomaniac  into the world. While their customers enjoyed Debli's cute appearance  and affectionate nature they ultimately make a complaint regarding their  suddenly missing valuables. These would be found stashed under  cushions, buried in the yard, in holes dug into trees, and most often in  Debli's thick wool mane and cheek pouches. Because of this, his speech  is often slurred due to stashed food (and sometimes trinkets). As he  grew up the complaints got to be too much for the daycare owners to  handle and they decided it was time for Debli to be released into the  wild. This devastated Debli. He'd loved them and believed them to be his  family. And now he was left alone to fend for himself in the forest.  Even though he was used to being cared for by humans he adapted to wild  life well. He was fast and an excellent scavenger. He'd sleep high in  the trees in a hole he'd dug out, kept warm by his woolly coat and  curled tail. But he was lonely. He only met other Pokemon that were  either indifferent to him or wanted to hurt him. It didn't help that  he'd steal their food. This made him feel bad because he just can't help  his urge to take and hoard. One day, he traveled to the edge of the  forest and entered a small human town. There his attention was fixed  upon a man's shiny wallet chain. Lucky for the man he noticed just as  both his chain and wallet were slurped up. And lucky for Debli because  this man was a Team Rocket grunt. The man laughed and knelt to Debli's  level and... praised him? He told him that he had skill and that it'd be  useful in his profession. That got Debli thinking. Could he finally be  accepted somewhere? Could he be seen as useful? Could he finally have  friends and not be so alone anymore? And this is what led Debli to  search for Team Rocket and ask if he could become a member.
