Towa is a sweet and energetic boy from the underwater countryside. 
Ever since he discovered the so called 'city vibe' from his now city friends who came to visit him years ago, he has decided that he, too, will move out and experience it for himself.

Towa could also be extremely gullible, often falling into the evil street merchants who would sell him overpriced, fake garbage.
He would also embarrass those around him with his never-ending culture shock.
