• You may change the design and species however you see fit.
• You may use your new character for any situation, story, genre, etc. that you want to use them for.
• Gender, magical abilities, and personality are completely up to you. This is now your creature to do with as you wish! • You are allowed to resell (for any currency), trade, or give away the design with proper credit to me. Please only sell for the same price or lower than what you paid. If your adopt comes with new art, or a new design, you may up the price accordingly.
• You may use your design for breedables.
• You may turn a standalone design into your own species, but you must provide credit on every species guide you make, whether this is on the guide itself or in the description of the page.
• You may post art I have made of the design on deviantART, Toyhou.se, Tumblr, and wherever else IF you credit the art as being made by CircusBalloon (and please do credit the base owner, too, if a base was used).
• You may crop and resize my art for icons, signatures, or other things of the nature so long as you credit me and do not claim it as your own.
• You may use your design in commercial works (comics, games, etc.). Credit is greatly appreciated, but not demanded.
• You may not use my art in any commercial works without my written consent.
