PERSONALITY
Hoodie Orxbin is sassy and confident. He's awfully popular in the backstreet market because of his wit and skill when it comes to exterminating bugs. They're independent in nature and is often doing things on their own without telling anyone. Despite this, Hoodie is incredibly loyal to those closest to him- Drizzle and Rootbot, and would do anything to protect them. He has a secret vendetta against the person responsible for the bugs, and is hellbent on getting revenge against them.

BIOGRAPHY
PAST
At age 12, Hoodie was found mauled in bug territory. He was rushed to a hospital, but it was found that there would be no way for him to pay, and he was denied treatment. Until one mechanical prosthetic surgeon decided to operate on him, despite her superior's protests. Hoodie's life was saved because of a mechanical mask that the surgeon made him. Although his life was saved, his vision was damaged beyond repair and he became blind.
A week passed, and it was found that Hoodie's parents had been killed by the bugs while looking for him. With no family to turn to, Hoodie was adopted by Drizzle Awentia, his mechanical prothetic surgeon. With Drizzle's medical license recently being revoked, the two had no choice but to move to just outside of bug territory. After Hoodie was having trouble adjusting to being blind and fighting against depression, Drizzle made him a seeing-eye robot- Rootbot.
PRESENT
Currently, Hoodie and Rootbot patrol the edges of bug territory, looking for people that have been hurt by the moths and bringing them back to Drizzle for her to operate on with no charge. Unbeknownst to Drizzle, the two also hunt down moth swarms and exterminate them, usually for bounty. Hoodie and Rootbot are almost unseparable and make a great team.
RELATIONSHIPS
DRIZZLE Guardian
Hoodie's incredibly grateful to her and admires her for her generousity and compassion. They feel like they're in her debt and want to repay her somehow. He sees her more as a cool aunt than as a parent.
ROOTBOT Seeing-eye robot
Hoodie's seeing-eye robot, that he practically inseparable from. Hoodie's personality has helped shaped Rootbot's personality, so they're a great team. He gets frustrated when Rootbot wanders off and he has to use his cane.
ERROR404 Enemy
Hoodie hates her. Of course, he's never actually encountered her, but has heard about her from word on the street. He blames her for his parent's death and his condition, and wants to get revenge on her no matter what.
TRIVIA
- Hoodie is a nickname, their real name is Hopper
- They can display anything on his mask, as long as it's 5 characters or less
- Hoodie's cane doubles as a weapon to fight the bugs
- He's part bat
- He still has trouble reading braille, but doesn't have much of an interest in studying it
- Their mask never comes off unless he is in private, and only to eat
