BASIC INFORMATION
ABOUT
Icarus is upbeat and eager to be part of the team! His greatest dream is to evolve into Salamence and learn to fly, but his fragility compared to the rest of the team has made that goal difficult to achieve.
Past
Icarus joined Ann’s team wishing to evolve into Salamence. Most Bagon in Alola instead evolve into a landlocked species, Terragon, but Icarus couldn’t imagine life on the ground. That said, he’s never seen a Salamence, so he had started to think that his dream may not be achievable…
These Days
After Ann gave him an Eviolite to help hold off on evolution, Icarus has been a much better battler! His increased stamina and ability to convert the Eviolite’s stored energy into energy for his moves has helped him keep up with the rest of the team. That said, he’s still falling behind, but he knows if he could just get one more push, he’d be able to evolve!
Relationships
Icarus likes Woody rather a lot! Lucky for him, the feeling is mutual, but the two are taking their relationship slow. Icarus and Woody train together, and sometimes Woody even takes Icarus flying.
Icarus can match Jason’s boundless energy, so the two often play together when they’re left to their own devices! Jason is faster, but Icarus is much better at climbing up cliffs. Neither can swim terribly well.
Katherine is secret friends with Icarus, which is the best kind of friend to be. She rounds out the Icarus/Jason/Katherine trio by being terrible at footraces and climbing but a very good swimmer!
