[perseus]'s Links
It took a while for [perseus] to really accept Azriel as the new captain, but over time, Azriel has mellowed out and [perseus] has opened up. Presently, [perseus] considers Azriel their closest confidant.
Admittedly, Azriel didn't think much of [perseus] at first, regarding them as just another tool on the ship. Since becoming captain, however, they've learned that they have a lot more depth than they first thought.
[perseus] appreciates Ignazio coming to them for questions he has...but sometimes they have to remind him that they aren't a crime computer.
Ignazio thinks [perseus] is very helpful! They never make a fuss, either!
[perseus] has noticed that Zschauin has a bit of hesitation when speaking to them. It's to be expected, right? Zschauin lived an entire lifetime without being exposed to AI technology.
Zschauin appreciates [perseus] for being another crewmember that takes their time to look before they leap. Though, do they need to have terminals in every room? They say they don't spy, but...
[perseus] dreads conversations with Obuo because there's a 78.44% chance that it's not actually serious.
Obuo quite likes to tease [perseus], because they never really know how to handle it.
They should probably tell this to his face, but Morgan Joe is actually one of the big reasons [perseus] was able to open up over time. Having someone innocently but constantly asking questions really helps your social skills.
Early on, when Morgan wasn't trying to come to terms with the future, he was asking [perseus] numerous questions. He's a little embarrassed nowadays with how overbearing he was...especially the insensitive questions about what an "AI" was in the first place...
Thanks to their experience with Morgan Joe, [perseus] was more ready and willing to answer any questions Hyacinth had. Nowadays, she's also one of the few crewmembers that regularly strikes up casual conversation with them, which they appreciate.
Hyacinth has something of a crush on [perseus]. Not only are they a cute robot, which is absolutely her type, but also they helped her a lot with her questions after she first came aboard.
Snow & Arrow has been [perseus]'s one and only job. They're a little frustrated that Snow isn't around anymore; they know she would have been excited to see them become more talkative over time.
Snow thought an AI would be good investment for the ship, especially in terms of moderating any crew disputes. Plus, it's always nice to have someone that will always be available for anyone to talk to.
Given [perseus] was a relatively blank slate at the start of the company, they now understand why Vargas seemed so prickly around them. But even still...did Vargas realize [perseus] was an employee just like the rest of them? They can quit the job anytime if they don't like it, thanks!
Vargas was always overly hostile toward any input from [perseus], seeing them as an uncanny reminder of how most AIs are treated like tools. Don't they ever want to think for themself? Get other hobbies?? Search for a different career??
[perseus] hasn't directly interacted with Grougranak much, which is fine by them, because they don't really have much to say that hasn't already been said by someone else.
Grougranak understands there's a person in those computer terminals around the ship, but that's not really something he can directly terrorize with his actions, so he's not very interested.
