DESIGN NOTES:
Obviously, their red eyepatch (and weird eye) is meant to invoke the Great Red Spot. Their colors, layers, and patterns in general are all meant to invoke Jupiter's storms.
They have curly hair because it kind of gives them a classical Greek statue sort of look.
Their aesthetic is mori girl. Despite not being a girl.
Their markings are swirly, like a storm, and kind of like the hook in the Jupiter symbol.
