Percy is a very kind person above all. He tries to radiate good vibes. He's gentle and very calm, usually manages to earn people's trust quickly. He's just that kind of guy you feel pretty good, pretty safe around.
That being said, he remains brutal and blunt when he words his opinions : He's fierce about defending his rights, his convictions, his beliefs. He can be vindictive if you wrong him.
Percy is extravagant, flamboyant, he's loud when he talks. He honestly uses this as a comic resort by times to times : He's rather jokester and likes to make people laugh.
He might be narcissistic, and sure does love himself a lot, but that doesn't prevent him from loving others, and he's rarely been seen putting people down for free. Actually, he can be quite motherly, and likes to take care and compliment people.

Background.
Percy is born from a werewolf mother and a fairy father. That's... Not the easiest heritage.
Overall, the werewolves from his mother's side were pretty chill with the young person. Can't say the same about the fairies from his father's side. Quickly enough, he decided to stop hanging with them, and started spending more and more times with the wolves. It was just better : no passive-agressive remarks, no utter lack of respect, no disgusted glances, no fear in the children's eyes. Percy grew up with werewolves, and learnt how they were perceived in the society : dangerous beast, supposed to be thriving for blood, contagious... All things that were wrong, he learnt that as well.
As he grew up, he got really involved into LGBTI+ spaces as well. He decided to volunteer into the local LGBTI+ center, to help people as well as he could. Beside, it brought him lots of good, as he finally found a safe space for himself as well.
Nowaday, Percy is hairdresser and barber. He's known for sometimes offering his services for free into social housing and the such, for people living into precarity.
