ideas for her:
"fallen angel" who quite literally fell out of heaven when she was pushed out by the other angels. was seen as too powerful because each feather on her wings was capable of granting any of her wishes/wants when plucked while regenerating right after. once forced out of heaven, her wings lost their regenerating powers and she decided that in order to fit in, she must cut them off completely. the feathers still were able to grant her wishes/wants so she used one of the feathers to transform her wings into an outfit where the feathers were still in reach. (dangling from the sleeves and hem of the shirt + skirt.)
