Design Notes:
Hair is black with azure streaks. Her hairstyle USED To be half-shaved, but now is lust a long floofy mane.
Raptor feet are not negotiable, neither is the fact she has 4 clawed dinosauresque fingers and a long tail w/feathers.
ALL TEETH ARE SHARP. All of her teeth are sharp and pointed. She has no flat teeth.
Eyes have slit pupils.
All of her markings can glow in darkness or dim light via bioluminescence, and can change color if she's feeling a strong emotion.
