A tall, swarthy guy. There are strands of scarlet in his black hair. His eyes are also scarlet. Wears a black cape with burgundy lapels, a burgundy (slightly faded) shirt, mittens, distressed jeans, and high boots. Also has translucent wing arms.
An explosive man who loves clubs, socializing with friends, and social life in general. He has picked up some of his host's traits, such as his love of clubs and music and his belief in the magic of friendship, so he is still trying to make as many friends as possible. However, he could also be called windy, because he too has lost count of how many partners he has had. A reckless bi who is honestly willing to spend the night with every attractive (in his opinion) person he meets.
Biography
He emerged from a host of the same name that belonged to the Munomei race. The gossip that was his beginning was quite strong, causing Dexter to jump to a new stage of evolution in just a couple of days, after which he absorbed all the host's life energy and, moving to the second stage of evolution, took his place in life. Inheriting his host's love of clubs and social pastime, he begins to lead a rambunctious lifestyle, often changing his habitat, quickly reaching the third stage of evolution. Upon reaching the last stage, he loses a bit of interest in traveling and stops at MiRAI, where he went to university with a friend.

What are Tattle-tolds?
Tattle-tolds are parasytes, which born in gossips. They can be found in cities, mostly in girl's rooms and bags.
Do they have any special powers?
Nothing too special than their way of feeding and wing transformation through evolution steps. All evo tattle-tolds are dangerous to creatures/species, which are feeding with energy/attention/emotions, 'cause they can drain them till death
Can easily mimic shadromancers with the goal of fast and easy evolution
At the end of evolution they drain host till his death and take his place in family and life
Royal ones have full control over the time, and are almost "imba".
Where do Tattle-tolds live?
Feel free to call it "multiuniversity": they can inhabit any world you ever can imagine.
How long do they live?
As long than they will be fed they will live. The only way to kill a Tattle-told is close them without any attention.
Can Tattle-tolds reproduce by they own?
No, they cannot. However, if such thing as hybrid happened, they will gain this ability.
Can they meet other species?
Of course, 'cause they born from gossips! Their hosts or ward-dreamers can be any species from any world. Even feral species, but remember, that host/ward-dreamer MUST have logical mind and MUST able to speak.
Can Tattle-tolds be in a relationship?
Yes. Mostly it happens after reaching evo-steps, however. But keep in mind, that if they have feelings to another species, they had to inform their partner about who are they and ask their partner for control on them, 'cause if they suddenly drain their partne till death it will be very painful moment for them.
